Create Your ID
Company Account Terms
Rules for organizations that enroll people, manage badge records, and order credentials.
Effective September 9, 2026 · Version 2026-09-09
1. Agreement and authority
By creating or using a Company Badge Center account, you agree to these terms for yourself and the company or organization you identify. You confirm that you are at least 18, have authority to bind and administer the organization’s account, and are authorized to submit each person’s information and badge artwork.
2. Permitted use
The account may be used to create and manage legitimate employee, contractor, volunteer, member, visitor, event, school, or organizational credentials. It may not be used to create counterfeit government identification, impersonate another person, misrepresent authority or qualifications, bypass security, facilitate fraud, or violate another person’s privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other rights. Create Your ID may refuse, pause, or cancel suspicious or unlawful work.
3. Organization responsibilities
- Provide required notices and obtain any consent or other lawful basis needed to submit employee or member information and photos.
- Collect only information needed for the credential and keep submitted information accurate and current.
- Use internal employee identifiers rather than Social Security numbers or other unnecessarily sensitive identifiers.
- Limit account access to authorized personnel, protect sign-in methods, and promptly remove or report access that is no longer authorized.
- Promptly update or remove departed employees and expired, lost, replaced, or revoked badges.
- Review exports and downloaded files securely; copies downloaded to your devices are under your organization’s control.
4. Designs, proofs, and production
You retain rights you already hold in submitted names, logos, photos, and artwork. You grant Create Your ID and its production providers a limited license to store, reproduce, modify for production, and use that material only to provide the requested service. You represent that you have permission to use the submitted material.
You are responsible for reviewing names, photos, numbers, spelling, orientation, and both card sides. Production may begin after payment and recorded approval of the final proof. Errors visible in an approved proof are the customer’s responsibility; verified manufacturing defects or production errors will be handled under the applicable order policy.
5. Data handling and removal
Create Your ID uses company and employee data to operate the workspace, create and fulfill credentials, provide support, maintain an accountability log, prevent misuse, and comply with law as described in the Privacy Policy. Removing an employee deletes the active roster record, but limited activity, transaction, approval, and production records may remain for the retention periods described there. Account owners may request workspace closure by emailing orders@createyourid.com.
6. Fees and third-party services
Prices, shipping charges, and production options shown at checkout apply to the order. Payments, authentication, email, hosting, shipping, and production may rely on third-party services governed by their own terms. You are responsible for taxes or fees that the law assigns to your organization.
7. Availability, suspension, and account closure
We may maintain, change, or discontinue features and may suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, nonpayment, or suspected misuse. We will use reasonable efforts to provide notice when practical. Account closure does not cancel payment obligations or provisions that logically survive, including ownership, approved-order obligations, records retention, disclaimers, and dispute terms.
8. Disclaimers and responsibility
Badges created through the service are organizational credentials, not government-issued identification, and Create Your ID does not certify the identity, employment status, authority, licensing, or qualifications shown on a card. The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Minnesota law, without overriding mandatory protections that apply where you are located. Before filing a claim, the parties should attempt in good faith to resolve the issue by contacting orders@createyourid.com. Notices may also be mailed to ATG Distribution LLC, 30400 143rd Ave, Spring Valley, MN 55975.
